Day 1 Sunday, 7 October
Check-in at Boston Logan airport for overnight to Rome via Frankfrut.
Day 2 Monday, 8 October
Upon arrival in Rome we will meet our tour escort and transfer to a typical Roman restaurant for lunch. Afterward we will have a panoramic tour of Rome enjoying views of the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia and Colosseum. In the afternoon we will travel to the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the oldest of the four Papal Basilicas where we will celebrate Mass and afterward have the opportunity
to climb the Holy Stairs in the traditional manner. Time-permitting we will visit the Basilica of St. Mary Major, one of the four Papal basilicas in Rome and afterward transfer to the four star Hotel Donna Laura where we will stay for three nights on a
half board basis.
Day 3 Tuesday, 9 October
This morning we will travel to St. Peters Basilica for our guided tour. Inside the basilica, we will see Michelangelos delicate Piet statue, the canopy altar where the Pope celebrates Mass and the crypt of the Popes. We will continue onto the Vatican
Museums where we will visit the Candelabra Gallery, the Gallery of Tapestries and Maps and the famous Sistine Chapel, considered the most beautiful Renaissance art book for its frescoes by Michelangelo, Botticelli, Perugino and Ghirlandaio. After
free time for lunch we will enjoy a walking tour visiting the world-famous Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. We will celebrate Mass at the Church of St. Agnes in Piazza Navona and afterward have time at leisure for private sightseeing.
Day 4 Wednesday, 10 October
This morning we will attend the Papal Audience in St. Peters Square (subject to the Pope being in Rome). In the afternoon we will visit the Catacombs of San Callisto, regarded as the greatest and most important of Rome and where are buried thousands of martyrs and popes. We will celebrate Mass at the nearby Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls and afterward have a tour of the basilica.
Day 5 Thursday, 11 October
Morning flight from Rome to Split . On arrival in Croatia you will be met by our team of guides and transferred to Medjugorje with a guided escort. Upon arrival in Medjugorje you will be taken to your hotel where you will stay. Light snack or dinner will be served depending on the time of arrival.
Day 6 Friday, 12 October
After breakfast, Holy Mass for English speaking pilgrims is at 10.00am in the church of St. James. Following mass there will be an opening meeting and introduction at the shrine of Our Lady Queen of Peace. Hear a talk by one of the Medjugorje priests
on the messages of Our Lady. Continue to the Statue of the Risen Lord for a prayer service. After dinner we will participate in the evening program.
Day 7 Saturday, 13 October
Meet with your guides at the statue of Our Lady to walk through the vineyards, to the Hill of Apparitions (Podbrdo). Listen to the story of the first days of the apparitions and then climb, in prayer, to the site of the first apparition. There will usually be a
talk by one of the Medjugorje priests on the messages of Our Lady or a meeting with one of the visionaries.
Day 8 Sunday, 14 October
After breakfast our guides will take us to meet with Vicka or another visionary, for a talk on the messages of Our Lady. This is followed by mass. After dinner, we meet at St. James for the evening program. This afternoon our guides will accompany those who wish to visit Cenacolo, which is a community for recovering drug addicts. This trip is optional and taxis to and from the centre are payable locally. Dinner is followed by the Rosary, Holy mass and the Glorious Mysteries.
Day 9 Monday, 15 October
Climb up the Cross Mountain (Krizevac), there we will pray the Stations of the Cross as we make our way to the summit. We return for dinner, followed by the evening services at 6pm. After the evening services you are cordially invited to a free concert

Day 10 Tuesday, 16 October
The coaches will collect you from your hotel and depart for Sarajevo airport for your return flight to the USA. Our transfers always include our own guides who will take excellent care of you.
